This stepped house features staggered volumes by giving setbacks at every floor that create terraces, semi-open spaces, on this site. The exterior combines exposed brick and textured surfaces, offering a modern yet grounded aesthetic.
Large glazing panels connect the interiors to terraces, bringing in natural light and creating visual continuity. Inside, double-height spaces, open circular staircase, and full height glazed windows enhance connectivity and brightness, while minimalist furnishings and built-in storage keep the interiors uncluttered.
Each stepped level offers a unique spatial character, balancing openness, privacy, and interaction, resulting in a home that is both dynamic and harmonious with its surroundings.
