With a built-up area of 14,000 sq. ft., this residence in Surat is designed as a seamless balance of form, function, and spatial fluidity. The defining feature of the house is its staggered double-height volumes, which establish strong visual and spatial connections across multiple levels while ensuring abundant natural light and openness throughout.

The architectural strategy elevates the main entrance to the first floor, while the ground level is dedicated to six-car parking and ancillary spaces—an approach that optimizes urban land use and enhances functionality. From the first to the third floor, interconnected volumes create a sense of dynamism and flow, transforming circulation into an engaging spatial experience.

Natural light enters through carefully positioned openings, casting shifting shadows and enriching the interiors with a constantly evolving play of light. Gardens and terraces further soften the architecture, dissolving the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The result is a residence that feels open, connected, and tranquil—a contemporary urban home where architectural expression and everyday living merge in harmony.
