Located in one of Ahmedabad’s most sought-after residential complexes, this split-level apartment is part of a development known for its plantation-lined façades and spacious layouts. Designed for a young couple eager to move away from design stereotypes, the home reflects a bold yet balanced approach that synchronizes architecture with interiors.
The 4BHK layout is thoughtfully divided into two wings: one housing the formal living room, family lounge, dining area, and open kitchen, while the other accommodates the private bedrooms. This clear zoning ensures both openness in the social spaces and privacy where it matters most.
The interiors are an eclectic fusion of styles. Exposed concrete ceilings, faux-concrete walls, and open wiring establish a strong brutalist character, while vibrant blue color in paintings, artifacts and one kitchen cabinatory strike strongly in the interiors. These bold gestures are softened by eco-inspired choices such as natural finishes and earthy furniture, creating warmth and balance.
The apartment emerges as a striking yet inviting home—eclectic, expressive, and deeply personal.
