Designed around nine quadrants, this north-facing bungalow creates a central axis leading from the entrance to the rear. The 22-meter front facade features glass on three sides for panoramic views, while the fourth side ensures privacy. A raised mass provides shade and encourages cross-ventilation.
A grand veranda opens into a double-height vestibule and central courtyard, an open-to-sky space that brings natural light throughout the day. Deep verandas create interactive living areas while keeping the house cool.
The layout separates communal spaces and bedrooms from the kitchen and service zones. Materials like wood, kota stone, and Italian marble bring warmth and elegance. Highlights include a floating staircase, semi-circular pooja room, skylights, and landscaped gardens with water features and sculptures, creating a home that is both visually striking and deeply connected to its environment.
